Hi All,
As you know I sent a post out last week in regards to looking to collaborate with someone who has a kitchen facility so that I can still trade my Persian dishes. Neil Bell has kindly offered his kitchen at the Queens Head in Monmouth! However, I need your thoughts/opinions on whether or not this is something you would like to see me doing.
The plan would be to offer a menu each week on Tuesday and Wednesday for orders to be made by Thursday at 7pm and collected at a chosen time on Friday or Saturday between 4pm – 7pm
The menu will include 2 meat dishes and 2 vegan / vegetarian dishes.
Menu
– Charcoal Mince Lamb Kebab, served as a wrap with Salad, minted cucumber & yogurt or Hummus. £8.00
– Charcoal Chicken Fillet Kebab, served as a wrap with salad, minted cucumber & yogurt or Hummus. £7.00
– Aubergine dip, with mint, onion & garlic served with salad & side wraps. £5.00
– Falafel wraps, served either as a wrap or Salad box with hummus and trimmings. £6 (Small) £8 (Large)
Note, all dishes are Gluten Free, but wraps are not.
Orders must be made by phone and paid for online by a link (you need to provide an email address). If you could like this post and provide any comments that would be most appreciated!
